The Mysteries of the Universe: Black Holes

Have you ever wondered what is in the inside of a black hole? This has been a hot topic in the Astronomy and Physics departments.  Some believe that an infinite mass lies within the center of the hole; however, what if a tunnel had actually lied within the center that leads to another point in the universe. Though this may sound completely unrealistic, does anything else within quantum physics seem truly realistic. There is more than meets the eye of black holes, so physicists have decided to go to the quantum level with their quarrels.
There is some theories that believe a black hole creates a "bend or ripple in the space time fabric. Since the central mass is so large it cause to sides of this blanket to join together creating a hole. While this could be possible, it is unlikely that any object could enter the hole without being picked apart atom by atom.  This, however, leads physicists to look at the possibilities of tunnel through space in order to bypass great distances which could be the start of new age space travel.
